In multiscale and topcolor-assisted models of walking technicolor, relatively light spin-one technihadrons ϱT and ωT exist and are expected to decay as ϱT → WπT, ZπT and ωT → γπT. For MϱT ≃ 200 GeV and M𝜋T ≃ 100 GeV, these processes have cross sections in the picobarn range in collisions at the Tevatron and about 10 times larger at the Large Hadron Collider. We demonstrate their detectability with simulations appropriate to Run II conditions at the Tevatron.

Transverse spin diffusion in a dilute spin-polarized degenerate Fermi gas
Golosov, D. I.; Ruckenstein, A. E. (SPRINGER/PLENUM PUBLISHERS, 1998-08-01)We re-examine the calculation of the transverse spin-diffusion coefficient in a dilute degenerate spin-polarized Fermi gas, for the case of s-wave scattering. The special feature of this limit is that the dependence of the ... -
Color-singlet technipions at the Tevatron
Lane, Kenneth D. (ELSEVIER SCIENCE BV, 1995-09-14)I discuss production and detection at the Tevatron collider of pairs of light (MπT = 100–200GeV) color-singlet technipions that are expected in all nonminimal models of technicolor. Gluon fusion production rates can be as ... -
Natural topcolor-assisted technicolor
Lane, Kenneth; Eichten, Estia (Elsevier Science BV, 1995-06-15)We construct a prototype of topcolor-assisted technicolor in which, although both top and bottom quarks acquire some mass from extended technicolor, strong U(1) couplings of technifermions are isospin symmetric and all ...
