Description
This is the concert program of Ein Liederabend performance on Tuesday, November 14, 1989 at 8:30 p.m., at the Boston University Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Works performed were Son ancor pargoletta by Francesco Cavalli, O cessate di piagarmi by Domenico Scarlatti, Sweeter than roses by Henry Purcell, See, the raging flames arise by George Frederic Handel, Tu lo sai by Giuseppe Torelli, Per la gloria d'adorarvi by Giovanni Bononcini, from Till Earth Outwears by Gerald Finzi, Lydia, Clair de lune, and Nell by Gabriel Fauré, Drei Liebeslieder by Richard Strauss, His Exaltation by Charles Ives, Priez pour paix by Francis Poulenc, and Palm Sunday Canticle by Evan Keely.
