This is the concert program of the Boston University Choral Ensembles performance on Tuesday, December 4, 2001 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works perfored were Magnificat by Nicola Antonio Porpora, Missa Brevis in D by Benjamin Britten, A Hymn to the Virgin by B. Britten, My Spirit Sang All Day by Gerald Finzi, The Turtle Dove by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Rise Up, My Love, My Fair One by Healey Willan, Magnificat in B-flat by Francesco Durante Psalm 121: "Ich hebe mein Augen sehnlich auf," SWV 31 by Heinrich Schutz, Motet: "Selig sind die Toten," SWV 391 by H. Schutz, Psalm 121: "Der reue Huter Israel" by H. Schutz, Psalm 100: "Jauchzet dem Herren, alle Welt," SWV 36 by H. Schutz, Domine, ad Adjuvandum me Festina by Padre Giovanni Battista Martini, My Dancing Day (traditional) arranged by Martin Shaw, Il est ne le divin enfant (traditional French) arranged by John Rutter, and Deck the Halls (in 7/8) (traditional Welsh) arranged by James McKelvy.
