Description
This is the concert program of the Two Evenings of Opera Scenes performance on Thursday, May 5, 1983 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Scenes performed were Act II, Pamina's Suicide from The Magic Flute by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Act I, Scenes 1 and 2 from The Merry Wives of Windsor by Otto Nicolai, Act III, Duet from Werther by Jules Massenet, Operning from The Rake's Progress by Igor Stravinsky, Last Act Quartet from Peter Grimes by Benjamin Britten, Act II, Operning Duet from Der Freischütz by Carl Maria von Weber, and Opening from Albert Herring by B.
