Abstract
The alarming rate of unplanned pregnancies in the United States calls for the development of a new contraceptive method. This research highlights the development of a novel immunocontraceptive involving a dissolvable vaginal film containing antisperm antibodies. Clinical trials conducted using post-coital testing have shown that this development has immense potential to be safe, effective, reversible, and used on demand.
