Description
This is the concert program of the ALEA III performance on Friday, December 4, 1987 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Three Madrigals for Violin and Viola by Bohuslav Martinu, Passacaglia Ungherese by György Ligeti, Continuum by G. Ligeti, Flights of Fancy by Ruth Wylie, Duo for Flute and Oboe by Gordon Binkerd, Parávasis by Theodore Antoniou, Back to Life by Ned Rorem, Four Short Fantasies by Marjorie Merryman, Utterances by Robert Cogan, and String Quartet No. 3 by Sophia Gubaidulina.
