Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Concert Band and Boston University All Campus Orchestra performance on Monday, December 9, 2002 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed by the Concert Band were Marche des Parachutistes Belges by Pierre Leemans (arr. Charles A. Wiley), Fantasy on Sakura Sakura, Traditional with setting by Ray E. Cramer, Amazing Grace by John Newton (arr. by Frank Ticheli), and Variations on a Korean Folk Song by John Barnes Chance. Performed by the All Campus Orchestra were Guillaume Tell: Overture by Gioachino Rossini and Symphony No. 5, Op. 67 in C-minor by Ludwig van Beethoven.
