Scope and Limitation The Workbook contains thirty-two lessons divided into t wo major parts:(1) development and production of a good voice, (2)pronunciation and articulation of various vowel and consonant sounds which are the sources of greatest difficulty among Philipp ine students . Inasmuch as professional material relating to the subject are unavailable at the time of writing, the writer, sent questionnaires to a great number of Filipinos who might know the needs of the native students.
