It explains the how of the controversy surrounding Hannah Arendt and her book on Adolf Eichmann; in particular, we see the more explosive elements, a focus on rhetorical strategies and techniques; we see that which most characterizes this controversy as a controversy; we see the discrepancy between the text and the reaction elicited. The very groupings of techniques of reaction to dissent give some sense of the repetition and accumulation that gave such force to this controversy.en-USCC0 1.0 UniversalThis work is being made available in OpenBU by permission of its author, and is available for research purposes only.
