Significant work has been done to describe the molecular causes of CSU but a unified standard cause has not been elucidated. Most cases of CSU are well managed, but it remains a burden to a significant percent of the patient population, despite multiple treatment options. In this thesis, I am to outline the current hypothesized molecular and pathologic causes of CSU, the modern advances in treatment and the effects the condition has on quality of life world-wide.en-USImmunologyPresumptive causes and current treatment strategies for idiopathic urticariaThesis/Dissertation2024-03-14
