The curriculum spans subacute rehabilitation and long-term care clinical learning environments and focuses on Age-Friendly™ healthcare (the Geriatrics 5Ms: Mobility, Mind, Medications, Multicomplexity, and Matters Most), interprofessional education and collaboration (IPEC), and mindful awareness. Resources address cognitive load optimization and psychological safety for clinical learners.
