Phosphoglyceromutase, for which 2,3-DPG is a coenzyme, and enolase were used in a coupled assay. The inosine appeared to interfere by inhibiting the enolase [TRUNCATED]en-USBased on investigation of the BU Libraries' staff, this work is free of known copyright restrictions.EnolaseAssaysPurinePyrimidineThe effect of purine and pyrimidine derivatives on a spectrophotometric assay of enolaseThesis/Dissertation1171902548815899191388310001161
