Slide deck illustrating the physical and virtual clinical learning environment (CLE) resources used in the VA Bedford Geriatric Medicine GME rotation. Twelve slides cover: the Basic Assumption™ (psychological safety framework); the resident workroom physical environment; an online guide to clinical workflows (Teams-based wiki); the online daily schedule and "Question of the Day"; the GERI/MED Safety Nets patient safety checklist poster; geriatric medicine workroom posters (3Ds pocket card for delirium/dementia/depression, dysphagia diet conversion chart, and Geriatrics 5Ms® card); the "How Do I?" help resources poster; curriculum structure (Weeks 1–4 with four throughlines); an interprofessional education and collaboration (IPEC) activities poster; and mindful awareness materials (introductory letter and learning objectives handout).
