It is increasingly recognized that the Father Divine Movement, one of the most unique psycho-religious group phenomena of our contemporary age, has dynamic influence in human welfare and interpersonal relations. 1. The problem. The problem of this investigation crystalized around the concept of motive-need and need-gratification.
