Description
This is the concert program of the Faculty Recital by Alfred Kanwischer, piano on Tuesday, March 30, 1965 at 8:30 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Choral Prelude "Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme" by Johann Sebastian Bach (Busoni), Organ Prelude and Fugue (St. Anne's Fugue) in E Flat major by J. S. Bach (Busoni), Three Improvisations by Alfred Kanwischer, Nocturne in C minor, Op. 48, No. 1 by Frederic Chopin, Ballade in A flat major, Op. 47 by Frederic Chopin, Sonata in D major, Op. 10, No. 3 by Ludwig van Beethoven, Sonata in F minor, Op. 57 by L. v.
