Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Woodwind Choir and Brass Choir performance on Wednesday, November 5, 1986 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Cebell by Henry Purcell, arranged by Harry Gee, Pavan by William Byrd, arranged by H. Gee, Finalefrom Symphoyn No. 5 by Franz Schubert, arranged by Nilo Hovey, Aria (Cantilena) from Bachianas Brasileiras No. 5 by Heitor Villa-Lobos, arranged by John Krance, Sonatina No. 1 by Dmitri Kabelesky, arranged by Bill Holcombe, The Earle of Oxford's March by William Byrd, arranged by Elgar Howarth, Sonata XIII for Double Brass QUintet by Giovanni Gabrieli, transcribed by Arthur Frankenpohl, and Fanfare Litorgiques by Henry Tomasi.
