Description
This is the concert program of the Faculty Concert: Roman Totenberg, violin Shizue Sano, piano performance on Sunday, March 19, 2000 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Sonata No. 3 in D minor for Violin and Piano, Op. 108, Ciaccona from Partita No. 2 in D minor, BWV 1004 by Johann Sebastian Bach, Suite of Popular Songs and Dances from Spain (arr. Kochanski) by Joaquin Nin, Romanza Andaluza by Pablo de Sarasate, Cappricio No. 24 in A minor by Niccolo Paganini, and Polonaise Brilliant in D major, Op. 4 by Henryk Wieniawski.
