Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Wind Ensemble performance on Wednesday, April 5, 1967 at 8:30 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Overture for Band by Felix Mendelssohn, The Solitary Dances by Warren Benson, Fêtes from Three Nocturnes by Claude Debussy (arranges by William Schaefer), Variants on a Mediaeval Tune by Norman Dello Joio, Sinfonietta by Ingolf Dahl, Spiel für Blas-Orchester by Ernst Toch, and Lincolnshire Posy by Percy Grainger.
