Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Jazz Ensemble and Concert Band performance on Monday, October 16, 2000 at 8:00 p.m., at the Boston University Concert Hall, 685 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Works performed were Kids Are Pretty People by Thad Jones, King Porter Stomp by Jelly Roll Morton, Birdland by Joe Zawinul, Infant Eyes by Wayne Shorter, Porgy and Bess Suite by George Gerswhin, Spain by Chick Corea, If Thou be Near by J.S. Bach, Prelude, Siciliano, and Rondo by Malcolm Arnold, Canzona by Peter Mennin, and British Eighth March by Zo Elliott.
