Description
This is the concert program of Boston University Concert Band performance on Monday, November 10, 1969 at 8:30 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were O Jesu Christ, meins Lebens Licht from Cantata No. 118 by Johann Sebastian Bach, Seven Conversation Pieces by Robert King, O Sacred Head by J. S. Bach (Howland), the Impresario Overture by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Howland), Overture ("Pomone") by Robert Cambert, Canon by Matthew Locke, A Plaine Song given by Mr. Wm. Brode of Hereford by Matthew Locke, L'Air des Hautbois by L'Aine Philidor, Miniature Set by C. Steven White, Suite for Band by Alan Hovhaness, and Fantasies on a Theme by Haydn by Norman Dello Joio.
