Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Wind Ensemble performance on Tuesday, April 26, 1988 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Colas Breugnon Overture by Dmitri Kabalevsky (trans. by Walter Beeler), Colonial Songs by Percy Aldridge Grainger, Marche Des Parachutistes by Pierre Leemans (arr. by Charles Wiley), Blessed are They by Johannes Brahms (arr. by Barbara Buehlman), Rocky Point Holiday by Ron Nelson, El Salon Mexico by Aaron Copland (trans. by Mark Hindsley), and Psalm for Band by Vincent Persichetti.
