Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Chamber Chorus, Boston University Choral Union, School of Music Concert Choir, and Boston University Chorus performance on Friday, February 26, 1988 at 8:00 p.m., at Marsh Chapel, 735 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Angelus ad pastores ait by Hans Leo Hassler, Agnus Dei by Thomas Morley, Two Love Songs by Edvard Grieg, Reincarnations by Samuel Barber, Psalm 139 by Donald Hagar, The Lobster Quadrille by Irving Fine, Two Worlds by Randall Thompson, "Amen" from "The Messiah" by George Frideric Handel, Frostiana by R. Thompson, sam was a man by Vincent Persichetti, A Hymn to the Virgin by Benjamin Britten, and Adoramus te by Jacob Handl (Jacobus Gallus).
