This is the concert program of the Winner of the 1998 Anne & Aaron Richmond Competition for Pianists: Paul Liang, piano performance on Thursday, September 23, 1999 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were "Eroica" Variations in E-flat major, Op. 35 by Ludwig van Beethoven, Sonata No. 2 in B-flat minor, Op. 36 by Sergei Rachmaninoff, Episodes from "Romeo and Juliet," Op. 75 by Sergei Prokofiev, and Waltz from the Opera "Faust" by Gounod by Franz Liszt.
