Description
This is the concert program of Boston University Jazz Lab Band and the New England Conservatory Jazz Big Band performance on Monday, November 20, 1989 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Works performed were Such Sweet Thunder by Ellington and Strayhorn, Tiptoe by Thad Jones, Skylark by Hoagie Carmichael, King Porter Stomp by Jelly Roll Morton, Four, Five, Six by Frank Foster, Do it Fluid by Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Moscow Beat Blues by Bob Pilkington, Promise by Ken Schaphorst, and Moody's Mambo by John Moody.
