Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Jazz Lab Band, Jazz Combo, and Jazz Workshop performance on Monday, November 19, 1990 at 8:30 p.m., at the Boston University Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Works performed were A Time and a Place by Jimmy Heath, The Mysterians of Comm Ave. by Emma Meese Tree, Valdez in the Country by Donny Hathaway, Bemsha Swing by Thelonious Monk, Straight Life by Freddie Hubbard, Sugar by Stanley Turrentine, Lazy Bird by John Coltrane, Mr. Funk by Bob Mintzer, Early Autumn by Ralph Burns and Woody Herman, Tip Toe by Thad Jones, and Samba De Rollins by Don Menza.
