Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Concert Band and Boston University Flute Choir performance onSunday, February 21, 1993 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Andante from Symphony No. 4 in A major, Op. 90 ("Italian") by Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy (arr. Rearick), Pavane by Gabriel Fauré (arr. Bennett), Danse Macabre by Camille Saint-Saëns (arr. Floyd), Komm, Süsser Tod by Johann Sebastian Bach (arr. Leidzen), 1. Cake Walk and 2. Rag from Suite of Old American Dances by Robert Russell Bennett, Chorale and Alleluia by Howard Harold Hanson, and American Civil War Fantasy by Jerry H. Bilik.
