Description
This is the concert program of the A Program of Scenes Boston University Opera Theatre performance on Saturday, November 17, amd Sunday, November 18, 1984, at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were scenes from The Most Happy Fella by Frank Loesser, L'Amico Fritz by Pietro Mascagni with libretto by P. Suardori, The Rape of Lucretia by Benjamin Britten with libretto by Ronald Duncan, Carousel by Richard Rodgers with lyrics and book by Oscar Hammerstein II, and Act II from Manon by Jules Massenet with libretto by Henri Meilhac and Philippe Gille.
