Abstract
Benign Tracheolbronchial Stenosis (BTS) is a complex condition of the airway. It poses significant diagnostic challenges due to its varied etiology and ill-defined presentation. Specifically, BTS refers to a non-malignant obstruction of the airway that may be congenital or acquired. In many patients BTS is a source of significant morbidity and, in severe cases, mortality. This document will provide an overview of the diagnostic and treatment modalities of BTS as reported in the current literature. Additionally, diagnostic and therapeutic options will be discussed with the hopes of guiding future research focuses.
