Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Brass Seminar Ensemble performance on Thursday, November 4, 1993 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Fanfare for a New Theatre by Igor Stravinsky, Fanfare for St. Edmondsbury by Benjamin Britten, Canzon by Samuel Scheidt, Fanfare from "La Peri" by Paul Dukas, Concertino for Eleven Brass by Meyer Kupferman, Tubular Octad by Fisher Tull, Nonet for Brass by Wallingford Riegger, Six Dances from "The Danserye" by Tielman Susato, Funeral March by Edvard Grieg, and Old French Dances (arr. Peter reeve) by Claude Gervaise. Digitization for Boston University Concert Programs was supported by the Boston University Humanities Library Endowed Fund.
