Description
This is the concert program of the Second Shostakovich Festival: "Festival Without End" performance on Saturday, February 9, 1985 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were the following by Dmitri Shostakovich: No. 1 in C major and No. 5 in D major from Twenty-four preludes and fugues for piano, Op. 87, Nos. 5, 6, 19, and 15 from Twenty-four preludes for piano, Op. 34, String Quartet No. 7, Op. 108, and Concerto for piano, trumpet and strings, Op. 35. Digitization for Boston University Concert Programs was supported by the Boston University Humanities Library Endowed Fund.
