Description
This is the concert program of the String Department Students' Concert performance on Monday, November 21, 1988 at 8:30 p.m., at the Boston University Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Works performed were Viola Concerto in b minor by George Frederic Handel, Sonata for Cello and Piano in F Major, Op. 99 by Johannes Brahms, Gypsy Airs for Violin and Piano, Op. 20 by Pablo de Sarasate, Yizkor, in Memoriam for Viola and Piano by Ödön Pártos, Sonata for Violin and Piano in A Major, Op. 13 by Gabriel Fauré, Sonata for Cello and Piano "Arpeggione" by Franz Schubert, and Sonata for Violin Solo No. 2, Op. 27 by Eugene Ysaÿe.
