Abstract
Description
This collection contains eight educational resources (A–H) for the VA Bedford Geriatric Medicine GME rotation, spanning subacute rehabilitation and long-term care clinical learning environments. Resources include: (A) illustrations of clinical learning environment resources; (B) rotation guide for trainees; (C) curriculum and resources for trainees; (D) a comprehensive geriatric assessment interprofessional team meeting template; (E) a case-based interprofessional workshop activity; (F) mindful awareness learning objectives and introductory letter handout; (G) daily didactics and activities schedule handout; and (H) an active medication management activity. Together, these resources address Age-Friendly healthcare (Geriatrics 5Ms), interprofessional education and collaboration, cognitive load optimization, psychological safety, and mindful awareness for clinical learners.
