Description
This is the concert program of the Students from the Class of Ken Radnofsky performance on Tuesday, February 25, 1992 at 8:30 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Sonate en Re by Jean Marie Leclair (arr. Londeix), Sonata, BWV 1031 by Johann Sebastian Bach (arr. Leonard), Fantasie-Impromptu by André Jolivet, Grave et Scherzo Mecanique by Pierre Max Dubois, Andante et Scherzetto pour quatre saxophones by Pierre Lantier, Mvt. I from Sonate pour Saxophone et Piano, Op. 115 by Jean Absil, Improvisation et Caprice by Eugene Bozza, Sicilienne by Pierre Lantier, Czech Suite, Op. 39 by Antonin Dvorák (arr. Tonkin), Quartet for Saxohpones, Op. 109 by Alexander Glazunov, I. Allegro con moto from Concertino da Camera by Jacques Ibert, Aria by Eugene Bozza, Trio pour Violin. Saxophone et Piano, "Cantilene" by Marc Eychenne, Etude no. 1 by Andante Uglialoro, Variations by David Coleman, Saxophone Quartet by Lukas Foss, and Mass Transit by David P. Jones.
