Abstract
We demonstrate a CMOS electronic-photonic photon-pair source with integrated feedback-controlled frequency locking, >80 dB on-chip pump rejection, and signal/idler demultiplexing, achieving a CAR of ≃5 at ≃40 ccps pair rate.
