Description
This is the concert program of the Two Evenings of Opera Scenes performance on Friday, May 6, 1983 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Scenes performed were Act I, Scenes 1 and 2 from The Merry Wives of Windsor by Otto Nicolai, Act I, The Flower Duet from Lakme by Léo Delibes, Act I, Drunk Duet from The Elixir of Love by Gaetano Donizetti, Opening from The Rake's Progress by Igor Stravinsky, Last Act Quartet from Peter Grimes by Benjamin Britten, Act I, Duet from La Clemeza di Tito, KV 621 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Opening from Albert Herring by B.
