Clinical case study exploring how pregnancy worsens mitral stenosis, with detailed correlation between bedside cardiac assessment findings and underlying pathophysiology. This educational resource teaches medical students and residents how to recognize rheumatic heart disease, interpret the classic murmur, and understand hemodynamic changes in pregnancy that precipitate cardiac decompensation.
