Description
This is the concert program of the All-University Orchestra and the Boston University Concert Band performance on Monday, March 23, 1998 at 8:00 p.m., at Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Overture to "Rosamunde" by Franz Schubert, Symphony No. 40 in G minor, K. 550 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Credo by Fisher Hull, Salvation is Created (a Chorale Prelude) Base on a chorale by Pavel E. Tchesnokov by Frank Erickson, Chorale and Shaker Dance by John P. Zdechlik, and Galop (from the musical comedy "Moscow, Cheremushky" by Dmitri Shostakovich (trans. Hunsberger).
