Description
This is the concert program of the Atlantic Brass Quintet performance on Wednesday, November 19, 1997 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba by George Frideric Handel, Bransle de Villages, Ballet, and Volte from "Terpsichore" by Michael Praetorius, Ut, re, mi, fa, sol, la. a 4 voci by Jan Sweelinck, Dream March and Circus March from "The Red Pony" by Aaron Copland, Quintet for Brass by Malcom Arnold, Fanfare for Brass Quintet by Ira Taxin, Urban Dances by Richard Danielpour, and The Great Love, Lonely Town, and Times Square from "On the Town" by Leonard Bernstein.
