Description
This is the concert program of the Soloists of ALEA III performance on Monday, December 1, 1986 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were The Wonderful Widow of Eighteen Springs by John Cage, Lamentation, Last Prayer and Exultation by John Tavener, Lovesongs by Norman Dinerstein, Erotikon by Dimitri Terzakis, Kammersymphonie, Op. 9 by Arnold Schoenberg (arranged by Alban Berg), Three Quarter-tone Piano Pieces by Charles Ives, Waterwheel by John Thow, and Variations on a Theme of Paganini by Witold Lutoslawski.
