Description
This is the concert program of the Ein Liederabend performance on Tuesday, April 8, 1986 at 8:30 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Five Greek Folk Songs by Maurice Ravel, Mandoline by Claude Debussy, Der Nussbaum by Robert Schumann, Why do they shut me out of Heaven? by Aaron Copland, T'intendo, si by Ludwig van Beethoven, Frühlingsglaube by Franz Schubert, Epitaph by David Diamond, En prière by Gabriel Fauré, Heidenröslen by F. Schubert, Lachen und Weinen by F. Schubert, Der Tambour by Hugo Wolf, Bois Epais (from "Amadis") by Jean-Baptiste Lully, Bob's Aria (from "The Old Maid and the Thief") by Gian Carlo Menotti, and Three Poems of Arman Silvestre by G.
