Abstract
Moses kept his face veiled in the latter days of his ministry, according to Paul, so that the people wouldn't see that his glory was fading. Jesus, on the other hand, kept himself "veiled in flesh," as the old Christmas carol says, until this moment on the mountain when his divine glory came shining through.
