Description
This is the concert program of the Boston University Trombone Ensemble, Argos and Gallery Brass Quintets, and Trinity Trombone Trio performance on Monday, April 8, 1996 at 8:00 p.m., at Marsh Chapel, 735 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Works performed were Ricercar del duodecimo tuono by Andrea Gabrieli, Passacaglia in C minor, BWV 582 by Johann Sebastian Bach, Fugue, K. 401 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Armenian Songs for Brass Quintet by Alexander Arutiunian, "Trio" from Sonata in E-flat major, Hob. XVI: 49 by Franz Joseph Haydn, Two Pieces for Three Trombones by Raymond Premru, Ricercar del primo tuono by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Pavane pour une Infante défunte by Maurice Ravel, Fugue in D minor by Johann Sebastian Bach, Canzon I by Paul Peverl, España by Emmanuel Chabrier, That's a plenty by Lew Pollack, and Fugue in G minor, BWV 578, "Little" by Johann Sebastian Bach.
