Abstract
Responses from the interview conducted by Mr Ibrahima Yaffa between the manuscript owner, Abdou Karim Thiam, and and Arabiatou Biaye (second wife to manuscript author Nimbaly Thiam) describing the relationship between the manuscripts with people and places, and detailed information about the original physical collection (per manuscript).
Description
This interview was conducted at the manuscript owner's home in the neighborhood of Kandialang in Ziguinchor, Senegal. For technical assistance, please contact open-help@bu.edu. Fieldwork Team: Dr. Fallou Ngom (Pricipal Investigator; Director, African Studies Center), Ablaye Diakité (Local Project Manager), Mr. Ibrahima Yaffa (General Field Facilitator), and Ibrahima Ngom (photographer).
