Description
This is the concert program of the Baroque Chamber Music performance on Friday, April 24, 1998 at 8:00 p.m., at the Marshall Room. Works performed were Trio Sonata in G minor by Arcangelo Corelli, Sonata in D minor for Flute and Basso Continuo by George Friday Handel, Trio Sonata in F major for Flute, Violin and Basso Continuo by G. F. Handel, Concert royaux No. 2 in D major by François Couperin, Chaconne et Tambourins by Jean-Marie Leclair, Trio Sonata in E major for Two Flutes and Basso Continuo by Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, Sonata for Violin and Basso Continuo in A major by Antonio Vivaldi, Sonata in G major for Flute and Basso Continuo by G. F. Handel, Warum sind denn die Rosen so blass by Fanny Mendelssohn, Morgenständchen by F. Mendelssohn, and Gondellied by F. Mendelssohn.
